The Directorate General of Colleges of Applied Sciences issues an annual scientific refereed journal entitled (Omani Journal of Applied Sciences (OJAS) ). It aims to publish refereed research, and academic and scientific studies. The single issue can have around 4-6 research in different fields including evaluation and development of learning and teaching, information technology, design, business administration, engineering, biotechnology, communication studies, English language or any other specializations related to the educational process in the Applied Sciences colleges. The journal also publishes various reports about scientific symposia and conferences, workshops, thesis and dissertation abstract, and other issues related to higher education.
