IS PAKISTANI FINANCIAL SERVICES ARE USING LEARNING ORGANIZATION TECHNIQUES IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT?

This study investigated the level of learning organization practices adopted by financial services in Pakistan. This study provides some interesting and new insight to human resource development managers regarding new trends of learning organization trends in Pakistan. Data was collected from 88 branches of managers of a leading financial service institution. Data revealed some interesting insight that Pakistani financial services companies are adopting learning organization principals. The current studies results had also revealed that learning organization is considered as an important factor in services sector of Pakistan. Recommendations are also discussed in this study.
