The current study aimed to find the relationship between Parental Abuse And a psychosomatic complaints With Somatoform among Students In grade nine and ten in Cycle tow In Winthin Adakhleya Governorate In Sultanate Of Oman. The sample comprised (366) male and female students from different Cycle tow in Bahla in Adakhleya Governorate. Parental abuse scale prepared by Tarawneh (2000) was used and a psychosomatic problems scale prepared by Sakata and Takata (2004) was also used in the study. The researcher has studied the Validity and reliabitity implications in the Omani environment and the findings were high. The results showed the following: -Generally, the exposure level of the participating individuals to the abuse was low. - The psychosomatic complaints with the individuals of the study sample were low. - There is an affirmative correlation between the parental abuse as perceived by Students and the psychosomatic complaints. -There are differences in the level of the parental abuse as perceived by Students and its sub-dimensions on the individuals of the study sample according to the gender variable (male and female) as males were abused more than females. -The educational level variable of the parents showed no differences related to the parental abuse and its subtypes as perceived by Students. -There are no psychosomatic complaints differences related to gender variable (male and female) and level variable of father and mother.
