Leucoptera omanica sp. n. has been collected in the mountains of northern Oman. The male of the new species is described and the diagnostic characters of the genitalic apparatus are figured. L. omanica sp. n. belongs to the L. lustratella (Herrich-Schäffer, 1855) group.
