This study aimed to recognize about the organized self- identification for the workers in the basic Education schools in Ibri in Sultanate of Oman according to the headmasters', the deputy headmasters' and the senior teachers' point of few. To achieve the aims of the study, it has been used the descriptive approach. The researcher has designed a survey from twenty-four (24) parts. These parts has distributed into three (3) main fields which are; the loyalty, the common denominators between the workers and the school and last the belonging. After the checking of the study's validity, it was applied between the people of the study, the headmasters, the deputy headmasters and the senior teachers who are 56 people. And to answer the questions of the study the mean and the Standard deviation has extracted. In addition, the T test and the one-way anova has used. The most remarkable results that the study found is the degree of agreement about the study is too big. Lots of the people of the study agree that the organized self- identification is exist in the basic Education schools in Ibri. Also, the results shows that there are no statistics differences in the organized self- identification returned to the variety in gender, qualification or functional standard. However, it found that there are some statistics differences returned to the variety in experiences in the belonging axis to experienced people from 12 years and above. And according to the study, there were some recommendations; there should be some reinforcement for the workers in schools to build up the organized selfidentification. Moreover, the organized self- identification can be built up by searching about the workers' needs and desires which can affect positively on the school's performance in genera.
