The study aimed to identify the role of teachers in promoting a culture of volunteer work among students in government schools in the Sultanate of Othman. and a school activities specialist, which included (100) public school teachers in the Sultanate of Oman, and (30) school activity specialists. The results showed that the vast majority of teachers contribute to voluntary work to a moderate degree. Especially the teachers of social studies and life skills, and to a lesser extent the teachers of the rest of the subjects due to the relationship of these subjects to the reality of the students, and the presence of some lessons and concepts of volunteer work in the curriculum more than other scientific subjects. The results also showed a positive role for the school activities specialist, and the teachers who supervise school activities, especially the activity supervisor. The study recommended the importance of encouraging students to volunteer work, linking lessons to the student’s reality and volunteer work, and including lessons in the school curriculum that focus on the concepts of volunteer work, and the need to include activities that enhance the culture of volunteer work among students in the activities specialist’s plan, and activating volunteer work activity and other school activities when It has a role in promoting a culture of volunteer work among students.
