This study aims at the recognition of the role of the school administration in the enhancement of citizenship values in Basic Education schools of Aldhahira Governorate in Sultanate of Oman and its effect on the students, the teachers and the community. The researcher uses the descriptive method. The results illustrate that the school principle greatly contributes to the enhancement of citizenship values within the teachers and the students , the importance of urging the teachers to activate substitute periods in enhancing citizenship values in the students' souls , 2 the planning for the partnership programmers between community foundations and the school in the enhancement of citizenship values , the work to spread the culture of dialogue and to accept the other's opinion and activating the role of the students to participate in the programmers which focus on the enhancement of citizenship values in the different fields . Moreover , the results of this study recommend the importance of assigning the teaching of the subject "This is my country" to the best teachers in the school , the necessity of using modern methods to enhance the citizenship values of the teachers and the students , the importance of highlighting National symbols who have a great role in the construction of the country and putting their pictures in a prominent places at the school , organizing meetings and national events to enhance the citizenship values in the souls of the teachers and the students and in the domestic community , the training and the rehabilitation of the schools' administrative staff on how to enhance the citizenship values in the schools and clarifying the students' role in the contribution to solving different issues which face the school throughout the social service and the public awareness .
