The main objective of this study is to address the importance of administrative transparency and its impact on adult educational institutions. Since the central problem of the study is that administrative transparency has become a prerequisite in the work of any institution, which forced them to use such methods and means to achieve this, The importance of the study stems from the importance of educational institutions in society and its role in pushing it to develop and rise to the required level. Therefore, the researcher reviewed administrative transparency as a concept, importance and requirements to achieve it. The results of the present study showed that administrative transparency is an institutional philosophy based on disclosure and clarity in administrative activities. The results of the study showed the contribution of administrative transparency in taking preventive measures, and ease of decision-making based on credible information, and work on drawing up plans and policies, and ease of presentation to the concerned authorities. The results also revealed the contribution of the disclosure process to the credibility of the outputs of the institution, and the clarity of procedures contribute to facilitate the monitoring of performance, and the work of accounting and continuous monitoring of administrative bases. Based on the results of this study, we have come up with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Working to raise awareness about administrative transparency practices in the educational approach, and the need to subject academic staff at a high level of training on how increasing the effectiveness of administrative transparency in the educational system. Conducting further studies related to the concept of administrative transparency and how to root it in different institutions, especially educational ones.
