This research seeks to reveal the spiritual intelligence and its relationship with teaching motivation among teachers in Wilayat Al Hamra in Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate in Oman. The researcher applied the correlation descriptive approach. The research population consisted of 558 male and female teachers of public schools in the Governorate of Wilayat Al Hamra in Ad Dakhiliyah in the Sultanate of Oman, distributed over 11 schools, of which 2 are for males with 97 teachers, and 95 schools for females with 461 female teachers. The study sample consisted of 100 male and female teachers, including teachers at the schools of the first cycle, the second cycle and post-basic. The researcher utilized the scale of spiritual intelligence and the scale of teaching motivation among teachers. The significant results referred that the level of teaching motivation and the level of spiritual intelligence among the teachers in Wilayat Al Hamra in Ad Dakhiliyah achieved a high level. In addition, there is a positive statistically significant correlation between spiritual intelligence and teaching motivation.
