The study aimed to identify the level of talent management in the educational sector in the Sultanate of Oman, by analyzing and reviewing research and studies that dealt with talent management in the educational sector in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher made an analysis and comparison between the Omani studies in talent management in the educational sector in terms of the study methodology, goals and tools used in the studies, the studies community, the findings and recommendations recommended by the studies, and then commented on them.
