Employers face a significant problem in choosing the best person and pursuing job applications. At the same time, job seekers are faced with the problem of multiple job placements or lack of knowledge about the job, interview time, and condition. Therefore, there is an urgent need to create a platform that enables employers to plant the required positions. As well as, it allows the job seeker to know the types and conditions of jobs. This platform should feature services. The use of cloud computing technology helps to speed up the establishment of business and follow-up and develop the safety keys necessary for them. Currently, companies and organizations are using a manual system which has different application forms to fill the required data. The applicant requests being very careful when filling the forms. If he made any mistakes, he needs to change the form and start from the begging which will waste time and effort during this process. This paper aims to propose a selection employment distribution management system (SEDMS) based a cloud computing that enables users to submit their applications for a suitable position in an online manner. Besides, the owner of the business can insert, delete and update a job description. As well, the applicants can add, remove and update their profiles and application forms. The importance of the research comes from automating the search for the best candidate for a particular job is automatically to reduce effort and increase accuracy in check.
