The current study aimed at the effectiveness of using manuals in teaching the mathematics curriculum in Cambridge Chains and its effect on developing visual thinking and achievement among students in the South Eastern Province in the Sultanate of Oman The sample of the study consisted of (216) students and students from (12) schools in Wilayat Tire, Ja`lan Bu Hassan and Ja`lan Bu Ali in the Department of Human Resources Development of South Eastern Governorate, they were divided into two groups (control and experimental). To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers prepared the following tools:Test of visual thinking skills for the fourth grade, A fourth-grade achievement test, A note card for teaching manuals for the second field's parameters The main findings of the two researchers are summarized as follows: 1- There is a statistically significant difference between the average performance of the math teachers for the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the note card for teaching mathematics with manuals in favor of the experimental group. 2- There is a statistically significant difference between the averages of the students of the experimental group teachers and the teachers of the control group in the postapplication of the visual thinking test in mathematics in favor of the students of the teachers of the experimental group. 3- There is a statistically significant difference between the averages of the students of the experimental group teachers and the teachers of the control group in the post application of the achievement test in sports in favor of the students of the teachers of the experimental group.
