An 8-month-old baby was brought by his parents to the clinic with presenting complaints of white spot in the pupil of left eye noticed since the age of 2 months. They also felt that he had poor vision in both eyes (left more than the right). The baby was born at term by cesarean section. There is a positive family history of poor vision due to a ‘retinal disorder’ in a second degree relative. The details are not known. Our examination showed visual acuity as follows: right eye following large objects, left eye no fixation or following. Horizontal, symmetrical, pendular nystagmus was present. Examinations under anesthesia showed bilateral microcornea and microphthalmos. Figure 1 shows anterior segment of the left eye and Figure 2 shows posterior segment of the right eye. There was no red reflex and view of the fundus in the left eye due to leukocoria.
