The aim of the study was to identify the degree of the practice of total quality management in the basic education schools from the point of view of the teachers of AlBatinah North, as well as differences in the degree of practice according to gender, qualification and years of experience variables. The study sample consisted of 140 teachers from the schools of Al Batinah North governorate, 70 male teachers and 70 female teachers. A questionnaire was used to measure the degree of TQM practice, consisting of (45) items divided into four dimensions, which reflect the degree of TQM practice in basic education schools from the point of view of teachers. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the practice of total quality management in the schools of basic education from the point of view of teachers through their responses to the dimensions of the scale is above average. The results of the study also indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of the practice of TQM in the scale dimensions attributable to the gender variable in favor of females. While there were no significant differences in the degree of practice due to the variable of qualification and experience. The study recommends the establishment of quality and training workshops on the TQM programs in the teaching environment for teachers.
