A Reflection on Practicum Supervision in TEFL

Al Mekhlafi, Abdo Mohammed.

In this reflective note, I would like to share some of my experiences in my supervision of EFL teacher trainees' practicum in the Arab world. I have tried to incorporate the students' concerns and problems as well as my personal observations and assessment of the experiences.
