The objective of this study is to determine the ethical behavior of business students’. Students’ perceptions of questionable academic situation were indicator of their ethical behavior. 426 business students were surveyed from four higher institutions in south-eastern Nigeria and their perceptions were statistically analyzed using t-test and ANOVA. The result indicated that: a Nigerian business student is a middling ethical person; female students’ are more ethical than male students’; first year students have higher ethical standards than other classes including the graduating class and; there is no significant difference in the ethical behavior of both university and polytechnic students.
