The purpose of study is to explore the role of innovation on the growth of organization. The statistical population of this research study covers employees of Al-ghazi Tractor Factory Ltd (AGTL) D. G. Khan. 100 employees were selected randomly as sample group. Data was collect by standard questionnaire. For data analysis, correlation coefficient is used through SPSS. There are two determinants of innovation which are empowerment and proper training. Results show there is Positive relationship between empowerment and organization growth and also there is Positive relationship between employee’s proper training and organization growth.
