The study aimed to identify the Professionalization of school Management in New Zealand and The possibility of benefiting from it in the Sultanate of Oman. The study used the descriptive method. The analysis of documents was used in collecting data and information. The Results of the study found New Zealand's interest in Professionalization of school Management in all areas of Professionalization: education law, job duties, professional standards, preparation programs, training and professional development programs, job performance evaluation, ethical code, and professional associations. In the Sultanate of Oman, there is interest in Professionalization in five areas: job duties, professional standards, preparation programs, training and professional development programs, and evaluation of job performance. However, Professionalization requires three areas: education law, ethical code, and professional associations.

The study aimed to identify the Professionalization of school Management in New Zealand and The possibility of benefiting from it in the Sultanate of Oman. The study used the descriptive method.
