Recent developments, in the international markets, point out to a dramatic situation of food crisis, as a world-wide crisis. The scene of today's media is dominated, repeatedly, in recent years by staggering reports on global food crisis; soaring crop prices and demand for bio-fuels raise fears of political instability. Since 2002 until now, reports in the media continue to highlight the dramatic situation of food insecurity2. The Arab region is most seriously affected by such food crisis. As a result, one understands, now, more clearly, that at the root causes of "the Arab springs" and revolutions underway in many Arab countries, are about not only the transformation to more democratization in the political systems but rather on the realization of social justice among all citizens, based on eradicating poverty and hunger, and narrowing the gap between rich and poor in the country. The theme of the paper addresses the need for change in behavior of individuals, communities and societies to help and assist governments in preventing, managing water related food crisis. The theme brings together the world waters in its complexities, with new dimensions of institutional context and cultural norms, as well as it addresses a sociological and psychological question. However, influencing human behavior is very difficult and complex and the effectiveness of ongoing traditional approaches may be limited without some additional measures and tools for understanding of how to engage citizens in cooperative behavioral change?
