The Literacy Information and Computer Education Journal (LICEJ) is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal. The LICEJ provides an international forum for electronic publication of high-quality scholarly papers. The scope of LICEJ encompasses all aspects of the education as well as cross-disciplinary topics and ICT applications in education. The LICEJ is published quarterly. It provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
