The purpose of the research was to verify the existence of a relationship between variables (employees’ satisfaction, gender, experience, educational qualification) with (job performance of employees). The researchers constructed a questionnaire composed of two major Variables (employees’ satisfaction and performance development) which include sub-factors, Self-realization of employees, leadership and supervision style, and work environment) (organizational communication - motivation for work - professional development). Theresearchers used the descriptive and analytical approach, and used the multiple linear regression analysis to derive the relationship between the independent variable and dependent variables. The results suggested that the existence of positive correlation between the first independent variable relationship results (employees’ satisfaction and the dependent variable (performance development). The researchers recommended the importance of giving good attention to improve and enhance the work environment and use motivational methods that encourage creativity at work. They also recommended developing employees’ skills and developing their performance in general. Key words: Employees’ satisfaction, job performance, the Directorate General of Education.
