Despite the efforts of the Ministry of Education, to upgrade the educational process and the introduction of development programs; only limited implementation of these programs achived. Studies showed that school principals have the ability to do typical routine work more than those requires innovation and innovation. The practice of principals in the area of technology, communication, information and human resources was medium. Therefore, this quantitative study aimed at diagnosing the extent to which principals practiced the dimensions of change management in the light of developments in educational development. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach, designed a questionnaire consisting of (55) paragraphs covering six dimensions: policies and objectives, organizational career, technology, culture, human resources development, partnership with the local community. It was distributed to a sample of (339) managers and (333) assistant director, of the study population of (1168) managers and assistants to schools of basic education and post-primary. The findings revealed; the level of principals' practice of the dimensions of change management was high, with an average of 4.17; average after policies and objectives (4.09), functional organization (4.33), technology 4.14), cultural (4.25), human resources development (4.24), and finally partnership with the local community (3.93).
