This study aims to highlight the universality of the Holy Qur’an, focusly to highlight it’s authentic source and study the general discourse directed towards the components of the entire world, as well as sik to demonstrate the universality of the Qur’anic approach in various aspects of existential life and confirm its consistency with instinct. This study relies on the inductive approach to track the manifestations of the universality of the Holy Qur’an through the Qur’anic verses. Furthermore, the study is using analytical method in presenting the scientific material, and revealing the general nature and comprehensiveness of the message of the Holy Qur’an. The study has achieved several results, and the most important of them are: The Holy Qur’an is a global message that defines the divine approach to this universe, directed to the spectra of the whole world. This approach is distinguished by the divine nature that has earned it’s characteristic of health, honesty and immortality, thus related to organization, direction and development in all aspects of life, cases, and forms.
