The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of administrative leadership and the level of motivation on performance and functional commitment. The objectives of the study are to identify the impact of leadership and motivation on the functional commitment and performance, and to verify the role of gender as a moderating variable between administrative leadership, and motivation with the functional commitment and performance. The study involved 310 samples of employees in Royal Sultan Court in Oman. To achieve the objectives, the researcher used the descriptive method, banking on the use of the empirical analysis, and the execution of structural Equation modeling (SEM) analysis to test the hypotheses. One of the most important results found was that the administrative leadership influenced the performance and functional commitment among the employees. Furthermore, motivation was the factor affecting the performance and the functional commitment of the employees. The study confirmed the moderating impact of the gender in the relationship between the administrative leadership and motivation with the functional commitment and performance.
